Kinni Creek Lodge Policies

Our policies are a result of years of experience with visitors from all over the world. Please take a look and let us know if you have any questions.

Due to our intimate size and location, any cancellation affects us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellation notice is required 7 days prior to arrival date or you are obligated for the full charge of the reservation.

Reservations are held only with a Visa or MasterCard, payment at time of arrival preferred by CASH or CHECK for final payment.

Smoking outdoors only. It is against Wisconsin State Law to smoke indoors at this facility.
We agree with and strictly enforce this law.

You may reserve a check-in time between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

If you need an extension, just check with us to see what the new arrivals schedule is for that day.

Children ARE ONLY Welcome WITH WELL BEHAVED PARENTS. Include total # when booking. Children under 3 years old and imaginary friends stay free. The inside of the lodge is NOT a playground. No running or jumping inside. There is a playground across the street. Unattended children will be given a double shot of espresso and a free guinea pig.

Pets are welcome to be kenneled outside with their own travel kennel. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, under control, and quiet. Pets must be cleaned up after. They may play in the yard, river, and deck. Pets are NOT allowed inside of the Main Lodge where guests stay. We recognize that most inquiries regarding pets have well-behaved animals. However, pet behavior is not our only concern. We strive to keep our property free of pet hair, dander, fleas, and muddy paws. The kennel down the road has been a good alternative to families that travel with pets.

Pets must NOT bother other guests. It's that whole "other people's kids" thing. We know you think they are cute, but... don't let them bother our other guests.

Pets are NOT allowed to enter the main lodge building where the guests stay.

Note: Perhaps, it's best if you kenneled your pet overnight just down the road at Hill Top Groomer Kennel

Ties are not allowed. This is a no-tie zone.
Black socks in sandals are not allowed. We will laugh at you if you wear them.

B&B RATE includes a CONTINENTAL breakfast. Full breakfast is $20 per person and must be ordered at time of reservation. B&B rate does NOT include guest use of kitchen.

VACATION COTTAGE RATE does not include any meals but does include use of the fully furnished kitchen. All prices are subject to change and are based on a per night rate.

FLY FISHING LODGE RATE includes 3 meals a day plus fly fishing guides for a half or full week.

Groups of 10 kayak rentals or more receive a discount Monday through Thursday only. However, in order to hold such a reservation, we need a Visa or Mastercard. A 48-hour advance cancellation is required for all kayak reservations; otherwise, you are responsible for the full amount of the group kayak reservation for the number of kayaks that were reserved.

We do enforce a $100 late fee if you are not at the bridge takeout point when you've asked us to pick you up at YOUR chosen time. Please be on time. Payment for damaged or lost gear is required.

Alcohol and drugs are NOT ACCEPTABLE on our kayak trips. Do not bring them. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
